Bolsa

Another great night at one of our favorite places in town, Bolsa. From the amazing menu that changes on a daily basis, to the funky flower and candle arrangements suspended above the bar... to a staff we consider friends. Bolsa truly has the feeling of a European bistro. Here's a picture of the entree David and I had the pleasure of sharing in honor or Valentine's Day....Shiner Bock Braised Kobe Beef Cheeks with Mascarpone Potato Purée ....Heaven on earth!
