Jimmy's Quick-Fix Ravioli

We had a wonderful time last night hanging out with our neighbors, watching all the kids play together, growing up right before our very eyes. As time slipped away, chatting with dear, old friends, so did my plans for dinner. Something great to have in the freezer for a quick-fix meal is frozen ravioli, that we bought from Jimmy's Food Market. It's so quick, easy and absolutely delicious. Serve this with a salad and some crunchy bread and you're set.

"Pastosa" is the brand of frozen ravioli we buy from Jimmy's. There are all different kinds like, basil pesto, spinach or roasted pepper with fresh mozzarella. They come in counts of 12 and cost $10 each. Boil in salted water for about 8 - 10 minutes. Drain and serve hot.

Also at Jimmy's, we buy "Victoria's Tomato Basil Sauce" or their "Roasted Garlic Sauce" to serve over the ravioli. Heat and spoon over the prepared raviolis. Garnish with Parmesan cheese and some fresh basil.
