Easy Pork Chop Dinner

For an easy and inexpensive dinner last week, I oven baked some thin Pork Chops. The kids love this served with applesauce to dip the pork in. I usually serve this with wild rice, steamed vegetable and crescent rolls.

4 thin, bone-in pork chops
1 cup Panko bread crumbs
1 cup Progresso Italian bread crumbs
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried basil

Soak the pork in water. Mix the panko, the bread crumbs, garlic and basil in a ziploc. Place the pork in the bag and shake the bag until each piece of pork is evenly coated with the bread crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes , or until pork is no longer pink in the center.
